A seminar titled “Current Trends in the Financial Sector” was organized by the Department of International Trade and Finance of our faculty. The event took place at Sabri Bektöre Conference Hall with the participation of our Dean Prof. Dr. Gökhan Demirtaş, faculty members, and students.
The seminar featured Mehmet Akif Eroğlu (Head of Financial Affiliates, Fuzul Holding), İsmail Sevinç (General Manager of Rubik Para), and Eda Alptekin (Director of Fuzul Akva Insurance) as speakers. The panelists shared insights on savings-based financing systems, licensed e-money institutions, and developments in the insurance sector, emphasizing career opportunities for students.
The event concluded with a Q&A session.
