At Afyon Kocatepe University, a Science Café session titled “Is Cyberloafing a Fault or a Need?” was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Uslu under the moderation of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Şuayıp Özdemir.

The event brought together faculty administrators, academic and administrative staff, and students.
Dr. Uslu discussed the concept of cyberloafing, its positive and negative aspects, and how short online breaks can sometimes reduce stress, while excessive use may affect productivity. He also touched on the behavioral and organizational factors that shape this phenomenon.
