As of April 22, 2025, the Department of Management Information Systems at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Afyon Kocatepe University, has undergone a change in its leadership. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Uslu, who played a pivotal role in the establishment of the department and made significant contributions to its academic development during his tenure, has handed over the position of Department Head to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Özdinç.
